1:1 Recovery Coaching
Personalized somatic yoga and breathwork coaching shaped around your life, your nervous system, and your recovery.
Somatic yoga · breathwork · recovery coaching
Compassionate one-to-one and small-group support for people in recovery — grounded in breath, movement, and lived experience.
Healing is not only something we think our way into.
Sometimes the next step is a breath. A grounded moment. A safe return to yourself.
I’m the founder of Blissful Balance, an exercise wellness recovery coach, yoga teacher, and breathwork practitioner. I also bring something no credential can teach: my own lived experience of recovery.
This work brings those threads together in a steady, human practice — one that honors the nervous system and makes room for the whole person.
You want support that feels personal, embodied, and free of performance. You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or “good at yoga” to begin.
Support can be quiet and personal, or shared in a circle. Both begin exactly where you are.
Personalized somatic yoga and breathwork coaching shaped around your life, your nervous system, and your recovery.
Intimate breathwork and coaching circles for six to eight people. A chance to practice, be witnessed, and heal in community.
Some days call for movement and energy. Others call for stillness, breath, and deep rest. The practice adapts to you — not the other way around.
A free discovery call is a simple, no-pressure place to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and see whether this work feels right.

I bring somatic yoga, breathwork, exercise physiology, and my own recovery journey into one steady, human practice.
I’m Dana, founder of Blissful Balance, an exercise wellness recovery coach, yoga teacher, and breathwork practitioner. My work is rooted in a simple truth: healing is not only something we think our way into. The body belongs in the conversation, too.
Recovery asks a lot of us. It can also invite a deeper kind of relationship with ourselves — one built through curiosity, compassion, and the courage to stay present.
“The practice adapts to you — not the other way around.”
I create space for movement, stillness, breath, and honest reflection without pressure to perform. You do not need to arrive flexible, calm, or certain. You only need to arrive as you are.
My role is not to hand you a perfect formula. It is to help you notice what is here, find what supports you, and build practices you can return to.
Recovery is personal. We begin with your experience rather than assumptions about what your path should look like.
Every practice is an invitation. You stay connected to your own agency, boundaries, and pace.
Breath, movement, nervous-system awareness, and conversation work together instead of living in separate boxes.
A free discovery call gives us space to meet, talk through what you’re looking for, and decide what comes next.

Personal coaching and intimate group circles, grounded in somatic yoga, breathwork, and compassionate recovery support.
Individual support shaped around your life, your nervous system, and your recovery. Sessions can draw from grounding, breathwork, gentle movement, reflection, and practical ways to carry the work into daily life.
This is for the person who wants a private place to reconnect with their body, explore what helps them feel steady, and receive support that responds to the day they are actually having.
Intimate breathwork and coaching circles for six to eight people. Each gathering offers a chance to practice, be witnessed, and experience the steadiness that can grow in community.
You never need to perform or share more than feels right. The circle is designed to make room for both connection and personal choice.
We begin by noticing what is present rather than forcing a different state.
Breath, movement, and grounding are chosen to meet your needs in the moment.
We close with space to reflect and carry something useful into the rest of your day.
No pressure and no need to have everything figured out. Bring your questions and what you hope support could feel like.

Breath, movement, nervous-system awareness, and recovery coaching come together in a practice that is invitational rather than performative.
Somatic practice begins with attention: the breath as it is, the body as it feels, and the signals that are often missed when life moves quickly. That attention can create a little more space between what we feel and what we do next.
The goal is not a perfect pose, a certain kind of calm, or a performance of wellness. The goal is a more compassionate connection with yourself — one breath and one choice at a time.
Accessible movement and body awareness help you notice sensation, choice, and the possibility of responding differently.
Intentional breathing practices offer a direct way to work with energy, attention, and the nervous system.
Conversation and practical support connect the practice to real life, real patterns, and the next manageable step.
Choice, consent, and pacing matter. Practices are offered as invitations, with your agency at the center.
Some days call for movement and energy. Others call for stillness, breath, and deep rest. We listen first, then choose.
Simple practices help bring attention back to the present moment and the support available now.
Movement and breath can be changed, paused, or skipped. The practice works with your body.
What happens in a session is connected to everyday choices, relationships, and recovery.
A discovery call is a simple place to ask questions and see whether this approach feels right for you.

Share what you’re looking for, ask questions, and get a feel for whether working together feels right. There is no pressure to decide anything on the spot.
A few lines are enough. You do not need to know exactly which kind of support you want.
The discovery call is a space for questions, context, and an honest sense of fit.
If it feels right, you can talk through one-to-one coaching or a small-group circle.
Come as you are. A simple “I’m curious” is enough to begin.
